Mr. Cameron Morvant
Teaching Assistant
Cameron Morvant is an Honors College student at Houston Baptist University where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing with the hopes of teaching at the college level. He is a native Houstonian, growing up in the suburbs of Richmond and graduating from Foster High School in 2019. He is currently a member of Real Hope Community Church, but he also frequents the Redemption Church of Houston during the school year. He worked for two years as a math and writing tutor for HBU’s Academic Student Success Center, and he currently works with the Catholic Literary Arts program creating and formatting lesson plans.
When the workday is over, Cameron enjoys writing novels and short stories. He loves to read as much as he loves to write, and he loves to play video games almost as much. He is excited to share his love of reading and writing with the students of Bluebonnet Home Scholars Collaborative, and to learn and grow with them in the reading of great works.
