Mrs. Grace Chen

I am Mrs. Grace Chen, and I am from China! When I was younger, my mother and grandmother took me to church to attend Bible study and choir. I liked the children’s Sunday school where I went every Sunday and sang praises to God and learned many wonderful Bible stories! I am moved by the selfless dedication of the church pastors and their loyalty and love for God and people, and this has influenced many choices in my life. 

After graduating from a Conservatory of Music, I have been serving as the director of the children’s choir and the church worship ministry in my church. I am very grateful to serve God with music! In addition, I am also a preschool educator. I like children because I see the purity and simplicity praised by Christ in them. I love to observe every change in the growth stages of young children and help guide them on their way. My two sons stayed in the kindergarten where I taught for four years until they started elementary school. After that, my family decided to let the children receive a Christian education. In this way, God led us to embark on a wonderful and adventurous journey of homeschooling, and my boys are currently studying at BHSC!
